LANCASTER COUNTY – Jean’s Signed Lithograph Open Edition Art Print
LANCASTER COUNTY – Lithograph signed open edition; image size: 20″ H x 32″ W. Lancaster County, where I spent most of my life, celebrated its 350th birthday in 2001. I was asked to create a print commemorating this event. The left side of the print depicts Rt. 3 heading east at the northern end of the county line at Chinn’s Mill Pond, where the right turn branches off towards Morattico and other points of the county while Rt. 3 continues leftward around the curve. To the right of the map, Rt. 3 is still heading eastward, crossing the Rappahannock River near White Stone and out of the county at the river’s southern boundary. Across the bottom are pencil sketches of some of the points of interest found within the county. UNAVAILABLE
